Also recommended:

  • Eat slowly and in moderation.
  • Chew well.
  • Keep breaks of 3-4 hours between meals to allow the digestive tract to clean itself.
  • If feasible, have the protein meal at noon and the carbohydrate meal in the evening.
  • Try to eat approx. 80% alkaline and 20% concentrated acid-forming food.
