For a concise background on zeolites in cancer treatment, see On Natural Zeolites (finely ground clinoptilolite powder) as an Adjuvant in Anticancer Therapy and a Detoxifier for Heavy Metals, Pesticides and Other Toxins. Beware of MLM-marketed "liquid zeolite".
The following testimonies or “success stories” of dogs with cancerous tumors (one of which considered terminal) who were helped by zeolite-clinoptilolite, a simple natural compound, are based on a scientific research paper written by Krešimir Pavelic, MD, PH.D, a professor of molecular biology, as well as others, which was published in 2001 under the title "Natural zeolite clinoptilolite: new adjuvant in anticancer therapy" in the Journal of Molecular Biology (article in pdf format here).
While professor Pavelic's et al. goal was to study the effect of finely ground natural clinoptilolite powder on tumor growth in animal models (where cancer is artificially induced, a practice not endorsed by Healing Cancer Naturally, see Cancer Research & Animal Experimentation: an Unholy Union?), he was also able to study twenty-two dogs who had developed spontaneous tumors. The dogs were between 5 and 14 years old, of various breeds and both sexes, and weighed between 3 and 42 kg. Upon treatment with finely ground zeolite powder, 14 of the 22 dogs showed (dramatic) disease improvement as can be seen in the following case histories (in fact the dogs' responses to this simple therapy varied from significant reduction to complete disappearance of their respective tumor. The remaining eight cases where the tumor was non-responsive seem to have included two cases of lymphoma, two autoimmune hemolytic anemias, and one each of prostate tumor, osteosarcoma, mammary fibrochondroadenocarcinoma, and epulis.)
Of 22 dogs with cancer, all 22 benefited from treatment with zeolites (natural clinoptilolite powder)
Very interestingly, even the unresponsive dogs, i.e. those in which the primary disease was not cured, showed lasting health improvements, i.e. all 22 dogs treated with zeolite clinoptilolite powder benefited in one way or another, and quickly so. According to Prof. Pavelic, these benefits included (in just 7 days or so) general constitutional and behavioral improvement which lasted even after the therapy was discontinued.
Additionally, some hematological and serum (blood) clinical parameters improved, as shown by measurements taken before and after the treatment. Aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, and alkaline leukocyte phosphatase values normalized in nearly every dog after the therapy was started, while individual dogs experienced further improvements such as a decrease of hematocrit to the normal range (case 1), while cases 3 and 14 saw their very high total serum bilirubin values fall to the normal range, and cases 11 and 13 saw a change in their serum urea concentration.

Note: since ground zeolite clinoptilolite is insoluble, the powder was administered to the dogs as a supplement added to their normal food in capsule form.
Three cases of dogs with prostate tumor
1 Dog's "terminal" prostate adenocarcinoma healed with zeolite clinoptilolite powder
An 8-year-old Schnauzer, diagnosed with prostate adenocarcinoma (considered hormone-dependent) and weighing 15 kg, came to Prof. Pavelic's clinic in very poor general health. Urinating with great difficulty, the dog had been conventionally treated for a month with no improvement in his condition. The placement of a catheter in the dog’s urethra and two further weeks of conventional treatment did not help either and he seemed nearing the end. His owners asked for him to be put to sleep. It was decided to replace conventional therapy with zeolite clinoptilolite treatment. The dog was administered 200 mg of the powder 3 times daily for a span of four weeks. He showed general improvement after seven days, so the catheter was withdrawn, and after two more weeks he had lost all signs of his former disease.
The treatment was continued for an additional two weeks in which his health showed daily further improvement. At this point, the owners decided to have him castrated (since typically, castration will eliminate prostate-related issues), and to discontinue the administration of zeolite clinoptilolite powder. Prof Pavelic adds that eight months later, "the dog is still alive without any major health problems".
2 Dog's prostate adenocarcinoma: testis tumor shrinks dramatically thanks to zeolite clinoptilolite powder
A 12-year-old poodle weighing 16 kg was diagnosed with prostate adenocarcinoma (4×3 cm size) plus a large tumor in one of his testes (testis diameter c. 20 cm before therapy). Having had no conventional cancer treatment, he received 3×200 and 2×200 mg zeolite clinoptilolite powder daily for six months. After one month of administration, the size of his testis was reduced by one third, after two months to one-half. After three months the tumor mass in his testis had shrunk to one third its original size of 20 cm. The prostate, however, showed no change.
3 Lethargic dog with prostate adenocarcinoma plus prostate cyst: healed thanks to zeolite clinoptilolite powder
An 8-year-old German shepherd weighing 42 kg had been diagnosed with prostate adenocarcinoma (tumor size 5×5 cm) plus a prostate cyst. He had no appetite, hardly moved and was very quiet. When the usual therapy showed no results, he was put on 1200 mg of zeolite powder three times a day. As early as two days into this practise, the dog became active again, and resumed normal eating on day 3. On day 4, the dog passed normal, blood-free urine. On day 10, both the tumor and the cyst had shrunk, and 29 days after the beginning of his treatment they had disappeared.
Although the prostate became only insignificantly smaller, the dog showed no signs of illness.
Six cases of multiple mammary adenocarcinomas: nodules disappeared completely thanks to the administration of zeolite clinoptilolite powder
All these dogs had multiple nodules (with sizes varying from that of green beans to large walnuts). After they were put on zeolite clinoptilolite powder, nearly all of them lost all of their nodules within six months time and remained healthy during the observation period. Here are the details on these cases.
4 Dog with multiple mammary adenocarcinoma: healed
A 14-year-old German shepherd mix weighing 20 kg was diagnosed with multiple mammary adenocarcinoma (she had five nodes varying in size from 0.5 to 3 cm). She was given 3 times 400 mg of zeolite clinoptilolite powder a day for one month. After only 10 days all nodes had disappeared, and even a year later there were no signs of disease.
5 Dog with multiple mammary adenocarcinoma: tumor nodes reduced by half in 58 days
An English cocker spaniel, 8-year-old and weighing 15 kg, diagnosed with multiple mammary adenocarcinoma (4 nodes varying in size from 0.5 to 3 cm), received 400 mg of zeolite clinoptilolite powder 3 times daily for 58 days. After 58 days all her tumor nodes were reduced to half their initial size.
6 Dog with multiple mammary adenocarcinoma: healed
An 11-year-old poodle with 4 nodules varying in size from 0.5 to 3 cm received 400 mg of zeolite clinoptilolite powder three times daily for 2.5 months. After 2–3 months, her smaller nodules had gone, and after 4–6 months the larger ones as well. At the time of recording this case (two months later), there still were no signs of new disease.
7 Dog with multiple mammary adenocarcinoma: healed
An 8-year-old Dobermann pinscher with four nodules varying in size from 0.5 to 3 cm was given 400 mg five times a day for three months. After 2–3 months, her smaller nodules had disappeared, and after 4–6 months the larger ones as well. At the time of recording this case (two months later), there still were no signs of new disease.
8 Dog with multiple mammary adenocarcinoma: healed
A 9-year-old English cocker spaniel who had four nodules varying in size from 0.5 to 3 cm received 400 mg of zeolite clinoptilolite powder 3 times a day for four months. After 2–3 months, her smaller nodules had gone, and after 4–6 months the larger ones as well. At the time of recording this case (two months later), there still were no signs of new disease.
9 Dog with multiple mammary adenocarcinoma: healed
A 9-year-old Airedale terrier who had four nodules (sizes varying from 0.5 to 3 cm) had received prior treatment with antibiotics. She was then put on 400 mg of zeolite clinoptilolite powder five times a day for ten months. After 2–3 months, her smaller nodules had gone, and after 4–6 months the larger ones as well. At the time of recording this case (two months later), there still were no signs of new disease.
Three powdered zeolite clinoptilolite success cases of dogs with skin tumors
10 An 8-year-old male German shepherd, weighing 38 kg and diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the skin on his tail, had his tumor surgically removed but the resection wound would not heal even 14 days following surgery. He was fed 6×400 mg of zeolite clinoptilolite powder a day for 62 days. Additionally, the powdered substance was applied locally to the wound. Within three days, normal healing set in and was complete within a week.
11 A 10-year-old male mixed German shepherd, weighing 35 kg, had been diagnosed with carcinoma planocellulare of the skin (tail) where he had three nodes, the two largest of which had been surgically removed. He received 4×100 mg of zeolite clinoptilolite powder daily for 93 days. The remaining cherry-sized tumor gradually reduced in size and had disappeared 67 days after beginning of the treatment.
At age 11, the dog is described as "very vivacious and in unusually good condition".
12 A 12-year-old male Malamute of 40 kg had been diagnosed with carcinoma planocellulare of the tongue. The growth (c. 2 cm diameter) had been surgically removed but the wound refused to heal. He was put on 3×100 mg of zeolite clinoptilolite powder daily for 32 days, with the powder also locally applied. 3 days after the beginning of the treatment his wound started to heal, and 2 days later all visible signs of the wound had disappeared, with the dog finally beginning to eat again.
13 Dog with hypertrophy and hyperplasia of the left salivary gland healed with zeolite clinoptilolite powder
A 5-year-old German pinscher weighing three kilograms suffered from an enlarged left salivary gland (the node had walnut size). The conventional treatment he had undergone for four months showed no effect while the gland continued to increase in size, and the dog developed major problems with salivation and swallowing. He was put on 100 mgs of zeolite clinoptilolite powder three times daily for 147 days. Following only seven days of administration, his node became softer and reduced in size by one quarter, another week later, it had completely disappeared (the capsule remained palpable), and yet another seven days there were no signs of hypertrophy left.
14 Dog with with lung cancer healed in two weeks: tumor disappeared thanks to zeolite clinoptilolite powder
A male Berner sennenhund, 8 years old and weighing 40 kg, was stricken with lung cancer. He received 400 mg of zeolite clinoptilolite powder four times a day during 35 days. Seven days after the beginning of his treatment, he showed general signs of improvement in his condition; another seven days later, no signs of tumor remained (as ascertained by X-ray).
